General
What is HRPT in simple terms?
HRPT is a digital key that grants membership in the Homeunity Travel Club. With it you get hotel discounts (up to ~85%), the AI concierge, and — if you choose — access to hotel income through HPOT.
How is HRPT different from HPOT?
HRPT is an access key (utility). HPOT is a digital right to a share of a specific hotel’s net profit. HPOT cannot be bought; you receive it only by sending HRPT to the HAFS Vault.
Is this an investment?
No. HRPT is a consumer key — it does not promise dividends or interest. Market price may still rise from scarcity and demand. HPOT reflects real business economics but is not “guaranteed income.”
Access & membership
What do I get right after buying HRPT?
After KYC you receive Starter tier (50% discount on future hotels, basic AI concierge). To upgrade and access HPOT, send HRPT to the HAFS Vault.
Is there a monthly membership fee?
No. Membership is lifetime with no subscription fee.
Do I buy HPOT separately?
HPOT is not sold. It is issued in exchange for HRPT via HAFS. The more HRPT you commit, the higher your tier and HPOT share.
Purchase & price
How much does HRPT cost and where can I buy?
The exchange starts at — and rises toward $1.50 as sales progress. You can buy on the exchange (smaller sizes) or via the site form (large sizes — individual terms).
What is the minimum purchase?
On the exchange — any amount. Via the form — we help you size the trade.
Can I sell HRPT?
Today — via direct OTC arrangements. When the price reaches $1.50, the Simply.Exchange secondary market opens for open trading.
What is OTC?
OTC (over-the-counter) is a direct deal between the company and the buyer off-exchange. Large blocks are negotiated individually and strictly limited.
Risks & refunds
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
You cannot “return” tokens to the company. The only path is resale on the secondary market or OTC — possibly above or below your purchase price.
What if the project does not launch hotels?
Risk exists. Tokens remain yours; the legal structure protects rights. Consumer perks (discounts) could be lost. Risks are disclosed in the documents.
What happens to my tokens if Homeunity becomes insolvent?
Tokens live on-chain, not on the company’s balance sheet. With asset isolation (bankruptcy remote) your rights remain — club services may pause.
HPOT & hotel income
How do I get HPOT?
Send HRPT to the HAFS Vault. The system issues HPOT proportional to your contribution. Higher tiers (Member, Pro, Elite) get priority on new properties.
What return does HPOT provide?
You receive a share of the hotel’s net operating income (NOI). Actual percentages depend on operations. Good hotels often show ~35–45% margin on revenue — not a guarantee.
How often are distributions?
Typically quarterly, based on the property’s operating cycle.
Can I “lose” HPOT?
HPOT is your digital right — it does not “burn.” Its value can fall if the hotel underperforms or exits below expectations.
Technical
Which blockchain is HRPT on?

Do I need a crypto wallet?
Yes. Any BSC-compatible wallet works (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger, etc.). We can help you set it up.
How do I use the AI concierge?
After membership activation, open your dashboard and the chat. Tell it where you want to travel.
Legal
Is HRPT a security?
No. Under Swiss law and FINMA classification HRPT is a utility token. Fuchs Treuhand AG’s legal opinion supports this.
Is KYC mandatory?
Yes. All participants complete verification to Swiss standards.
Can U.S. citizens participate?
HRPT may be available, but HPOT access for U.S. persons is technically restricted — consult your counsel.
