HRPT by itself does not grant rights to income, profit distributions, or ownership in assets. It is a utility key. Any yield-related functionality is implemented strictly through the separate, restricted HPOT token and is not available in all jurisdictions.

What “hotel income” means
You receive a share of net operating income (NOI) for a specific asset — not “interest on a loan,” but participation in real operating economics. Details are in the sections below and in program documentation.
This layer is not available in all jurisdictions. U.S. Persons face technical and contractual restrictions. HPOT is not a public token and is not offered to retail investors in restricted jurisdictions.
Beyond club benefits, HRPT holders who pass additional qualification may access HPOT — participation in property NOI via HAFS, under Swiss law.
