Company information and legal notice

HU-P01 · v6.5 · 12.10.2026

1 The service operator

1.1. Homeunity is the brand under which Fuchs Treuhand AG provides the membership programme and the services for which it assumes responsibility in the customer's agreement. Homeunity is not a separate contracting legal entity merely because its name appears on a page or in the account interface.

1.2. Fuchs Treuhand AG is a company limited by shares incorporated in Switzerland. UID: CHE-107.253.643. Commercial register number: CH-100.3.005.984-2. Address: Morgartenstrasse 3, 6003 Luzern, Switzerland.

2 Contacting us

2.1. Website: homeunity.io. General enquiries: info@homeunity.io. Membership orders, performance and refunds: support@homeunity.io. Personal data: privacy@homeunity.io. Written notices may also be sent to the Company's postal address.

2.2. Please identify your order or account when enquiring about a transaction. Do not send wallet private keys, recovery phrases, passwords or payment confirmation codes. Identity documents are supplied only through a separately designated verification procedure.

3 The documents for your transaction

3.1. The Membership Terms (HU-P02), accepted individual Order and Rights Schedule determine the membership supplied, its price, linked HRPT and qualification conditions. The HRPT Terms (HU-P04), Refund Policy (HU-P05) and Payment Policy (HU-P06) explain the corresponding delivery, cancellation and settlement rules.

3.2. HAFS, personal liquidity, HPOT and partner activities require the applicable separate agreements. The legal person or individual responsible for each such service is identified before it is accepted. A booking's actual supplier and terms are disclosed before that booking is purchased. Public information does not replace a completed Order or constitute authority to send money or tokens to an unverified address.

4 Information and intellectual property

4.1. Rights in site materials belong to Fuchs Treuhand AG or the relevant rights holders. Customers may save their agreements, confirmations and statements and use materials as permitted by law. Other use of protected branding, software or content requires the relevant permission.

4.2. Company registration, the use of a Swiss address and the existence of legal documents do not by themselves constitute financial-services authorisation or public endorsement of a product. Material errors in site information may be reported through the contacts above. Corrections do not retrospectively change an accepted agreement.
